Coke Guide Hunt Episode 14 cum Mk5 Spotting
Primary programme today was 39 mk5 spotting. Why? because 39 route is to be amended intro Jln Kayu WEF tml.. so i wanna try the express sector of that.. hahaa...
fs jack and i met up at hougang. We supposed to have lunch until we saw norman at the canteen drinking coffee with his colleague. haha.. and of course we took his bus. haha..
after the trip we were supposed to lunch at hougang central int... then again we saw 2733 G of 89 at the parking lot.. while walking and thinking whether to eat or not, the bus left the parking lot! ok so we took that mk5 to Pasir Ris West Plaza for lunch. Ate duck rice there hehe..
ok its 39 mk5 time yah! kicked off with 2828S to khatib mrt, cross the road for 2832 D, then cross the bridge at Pasir Ris East for 2830 J... then camped at Pasir Ris Dr 12 for 2818X. woohoo i pong all 39 mk5 on saturday! yahyah.. i love mk5. :D
then after that its time for fs to get his daily dose of VSO. Hence, we made our way to Tampines via PSR (to hunt 518 coke) to catch a 168 VSO... in the end.. a 168 mk5 came! 2815 D! woohoo good! another mk5 to spot!
hmm seems like its a good day for me.. hehe..
on our way to woodlands, darr said 7235 U on 157. jack was shocked as he wanted to get a pic of a NAC VO doing 157. hence, we activated an emergency plan by gg boon lay via 187 and 180 after 168 ride. At Woodlands, we bid farewell to fs and we continued to boon lay.
the 180 arrived 2 buses before 157, in short both buses came to the int at the same time. However, we could not take a shot of it turning as when 180 alights us, 157 is already at the parking berth alighting passengers.
While waiting for the driver to go for coffee, he took out the desto plates instead! ok then we tried a few quick shots then we left the area for home via 180 , 190 then 105. 105 was damn crowded due to orchard crowds.. hehe...
