A Summary of Events
ok April has come and gone for me like that and here's a summary on what's been happening over the past 25 days.
1st April, Thurs:
Went to Henderson Ind Pk for job interview. Got a job at selling toys at Tanglin Mall. $25/shift. This adds up to about $4.50/hr. But better than nothing right? lol... first day of work? tml...
2nd April, Fri:
Reported for work at Tanglin Mall. I was like an extra there because the Trolley Cart wasnt set up.. so idle around all day... got the chance to talk to -sEn- for half an hour in the evening lol..
3rd April, Sat:
Worked full shift from 1000 - 2100 hrs. Super tired after that.
4th April, Sun:
Same as the previous day. also another tiring day
5th April, Mon:
I intro my pri sch friend this job and she wanna take morning shift. So i let her take lor.. means i night shift from 4pm - 9pm.. closing shop is so easy.. wrap the cloth around the trolley cart and staple.. lol
6th April - 9th April, Tues - Fri:
Worked Night Shift. Nothing significant happened.
10th April, Sat:
Day off. Went on semi-express ride on 969 858 and 39. 39 ride rocks like crazy. In midst bypassing MJC.. sigh... miss that school...
11th April, Sun:
Worked full shift from 1000 - 2100 hrs.
12th April - 16th April, Mon - Fri:
Swapped shifts. I do morning from 1000 - 1600 hrs. My shift partner like to close shop early so that she can go home and work her drama show! sickening.. even the store supervisor dont like her.. boss dont like her cos she talk back at him.. Intends to sack by end of trolley cart promo which ends on 18th April 2004.
15th April, Thu:
After work went to watch Starsky and Hutch with Aaron Jlo YS. Super funny.. after that had dinner at Beach Rd intro by Aaron. Not bad ah the place.. 4 ppl paid $50 for that initially until we checked the bill.. the guy added one dish which wasnt served.. so deduct 16 bucks. lol.
16th April, Fri:
DART chasing day after Service 33 for 2 hours after work. Finally caught it at Outram Park MRT. Full details of the 33 chase is at Singapore Bus Forums. It is found in the middle of the page.
17th April, Sat:
Worked full shift from 1000 - 2100 hrs.
18th April, Sun:
Day off. Went to St Mikes and Pasir Ris to hunt down service guides.. made a wasted trip to Pasir Ris though...
19th April, Mon:
Trolley Cart ended.. but that night needa go to Tanglin Mall to set up new promo area. Boss transferred Ginza people over. My shift partner got sacked. Now we have more people. Means we can have day off anytime we like. lol... Started the setting up at 2100 hrs. ended at 0045 hrs.
20th April - 23rd April, Tues - Fri:
Morning Shift. i love morning Shifts. Can go joyrides after work lolz.. but not after May. Heard from afternoon shift people on friday that boss wanna cut cost. next week reduce to 1 ppl/shift instead of 2. and promo ends 29th April instead of 9th May. sickening.. i guess the rent is too high? lolz... Then boss want me do night shift on those last few days next week. I dont mind though esp if i can earn $$ like that. lol.
20th April, Tues:
Nicoll highway Collapse. First i thought merdeka/esplanade bridge. In the end i found out its at-grade road before merdeka bridge. Roads closed. Traffic and bus services diverted. My CBS also diverted. lol... Days that follow I went to check out on the diverted route on the services and keep myself up-to-date with first hand information from the ground.
24th April, Sat:
Off Day. Went to Yishun to take 804 U-turn pictures.. quite nice.. lucky drizzling.. lolz.. then took 39 again.. i like the speeding of the mk5s.. but too bad today no luck.. Will try during nx week cos my BCP and student fare expires on Friday.
