Wild Ride
ok what a wet wild and amazing ride around singapore i have today...
let's start off with my morning breakfast at Blk 112 Bishan Coffee shop with sen. ok the usual kway tiao mee da.. at the same time catch up with each other. hmm she seem to change a bit though.. but then again.. attire's the same, hair's the same, face's the same.. wonder what has changed? her age? lolz..
Then its down to SP to meet up with Aaron, Kevin X Shi and Yip to accompany them in their enrolment. aaron and yip are enrolling into mechanical engineering with X Shi is enrolling into Biz IT. he was supposed to enrol for Mechatronics but his appeal to DBIT was successful. so he went on the engineering faculty enrolment day.. extra.. lolz..
that aaron ah.. not say i wanna say but he super blur king.. (laughers) firstly, BC nv bring.. means he needa call someone to bring it down. Secondly, BC brought already but havent photocopy. he got the third time right. lolz.. aaron ah aaron.. next time be prepared before u come.. lol..
Because of him i took the bus 156 all the way to clementi then take another bus to SP. However, i spotted a Dart, SBS 8013 L on 284. Hence i decided to take it for a joyride. Spent 55 cents on the tix. hehe..
Then i'm back at the interchange.. While thinking of which bus to take, i saw a off service 14 SBS 9389 X going to go out of the int. The upp deck desto cover was open. When i walked towards the 14 berth, I saw it having boarding pax there. Hence I board it and sat at the lower deck. There were about 5 pax on the upper deck at that time, including 3 students. When the bus approached the first bus stop at Clementi NTUC, no pax flagged their hand down for bus 14. Recalling what i saw earlier, I went up to the upp deck and found that the 14 desto was removed and the cover was opened! ok as a kind soul i put it back into place and covered it. I guess the students behind were looking at me? Watever.. at least i did a good deed anyway.. :)
While yip and kevin are into their enrolment, i accompanied Aaron at the start of the enrolment until the part whereby all the admin stuff had finished. cos the ppl upstairs say "too crowded already" MY FOOT AH! nvm lor.. i went to meet kevin and yip who had just finished theirs at the cca booths. We follow kevin all the way to T19, School of Biz head office and also the place for him to submit his 3rd language application. whoa we talk and walk all the way there.. so far.. at the last part was worse, we need walk uphill. Now i know why the senior said on monday that 'business people seldom come down the hill to meet other people' so ma fan mahz.. lol.. Then its another long walk back to T1A Admissions Office again.
on my way back, i happened to meet my colleague who was selling xbox. Hmm he happened to be in SP too! I guess i'll be seeing him in early June for The PC Show at Singapore Expo. By the time we got back, aaron was done and we went for lunch at Food Court 2. (FC2).
Then after that decided to go Orchard to pak pool.. Reached there. They got no mood to play. So aaron intro us to a place at Far East Sq for some good stuff. He once brought me there before. Now we bring the other 2 go. We had Teh Cino there. Its rather sweet and nice. More of milk than of tea. lol.. one day i bring u guys out there ya? :D
After that I accompanied Kevin to ICA Building to settle his student pass while aaron and yip decided to go back toa payoh slack. Then kevin in turn accompanied me to Woodlands to take the new SMRT Buses Service Guide.
As to how i received news on it, my bus friend who is i/c of Woodlands told me this morning of the news. So i die die wanna go there take lolz.. took a nice 67 from Lavender St to Little India and then 960 from there all the way to Woodlands. slept along the way though. lol...
We split at Woodlands as Kevin needa go west for another appointment. I decided to go to Yishun to try my luck with the new guides there. I took the first bus that came.. and that's 858.
A Svc 39 Mk5 greeted me at Yishun Interchange. So instead of taking 857 home, I took SBS 2832 D of 39 to Pasir Ris. LOLZ>.. I simply love Mk5 man, esp 28xx ones!!! :D :D I alighted at the stop before MJC in Pasir Ris cos i saw an approching Bus 81 across the road. And of course i boarded it to Serangoon before catching 153 and then 238 home.
Home sweet home.. I got back at 2030 hrs, 11.5 hrs after i left home this morning.
Wow this is a pain on my ezlink card.. Today makan my card about $8 in fare! I want my BCP!!!!!
